When Pamela Burton & Company was in need of cabling for a new network system we were referred to Express Cabling for our wiring needs. Working within the confines of an extremely old building as well as a rat’s nest of old, existing cable Express Cabling was quickly able to install new wiring so that we were up and running with almost zero downtime. The technicians understood our special needs and worked within sever time constraints.

When Pamela Burton & Company moved to a new location Express Cabling was contacted to work directly with the system administrator and office manager to coordinate the relocation of the telephone system as well as the removal of all existing wiring from the building. They created a new schematic for wiring of the network equipment at the new site as well as placement of telephone and network equipment.

Express Cabling went beyond the call of duty when they advised and worked closely with the electrical contractors to ensure Pamela Burton & Company, had the correct power requirements and they exhibited a sensitivity for aesthetics when running the wiring from many points and directions. They became such an integral part of the team of consultants that they often were turned to on issues unrelated to cabling. Sometime after the move was completed, when it was determined that Pamela Burton & Company was ready to add a new telephone system to the new building once again Express Cabling was contacted to assist with all aspects of the purchase and installation. From the quotation to installation they were there for every question and more than once had extremely good comments and advice in regards to the direction Pamela Burton & Company intended to go growth-wise. Throughout the entire process Express Cabling always maintained a professional and competent manner even when presented with extreme challenges in the installation and programming of the new phone system due to our special needs.

I am very grateful to Express Cabling for their calm demeanor and professionalism.
